We had a wonderful February at Tribulant Software and it flew by so quickly, just as every other month does when you’re busy and constantly occupied with tasks.
February was great and hard working month with new extension releases, as well as new version updates to plugins.
Here is what happened the past month at Tribulant Software:
New Releases
We released a great extension and new plugin updates during the month of February.
Checkout – Wholesale
Use the Wholesale extension for additional pricing features in the WordPress Shopping Cart plugin.
Different Pricing
Add a different price for different user roles per product. When a user is registered as a customer you can set it that they pay a certain amount and another user registered as contributor/ administrator pay another amount for the product. It makes the WordPress Shopping Cart plugin flexible in a way to set different prices per product per role.
Different Tax Rates
Override tax rates per user role.
This will override any other tax configurations completely for each role respectively.
Specify zero (0) to make tax exempt for a specific user role.
If you leave a tax rate empty below, it will fall back to the default tax configuration
Shopping Cart Version 1.8 Upgrade
A major update to the WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin with some improvements:

- Show latest/feature products from Shopping Cart plugin
- Revamp of Configuration Settings
- WordPress 3.8+ design and compatibility

Website Upgrades & Policy Changes
Download Older Versions
You can now download a previous version of your current downloads. In your download section you will see a link “Old Versions“, when clicking this, you will find all the older versions of the plugin.
Initial Subscription Extended
We always provided a 90 day download subscription with the purchase of a new WordPress plugin. We have now changed this to 1 year (365 days) for all new purchases, disregarding the plugin you’re buying.
This is our way of serving our customers better by providing you with a longer subscription with your first, initial purchase. We feel that this is a more appropriate software license “standard” and we would like to comply with that.
