1. Add a New Custom Field

Clicking this button will take you to ‘Save a Custom Field’ where you can create a new Custom Field Custom Field for your Newsletter. New Custom Fields added will show up on this ‘Manage Custom Fields’ screen after they are added.

2. Search Custom Fields

Quickly search the database for Custom Fields by typing a word or phrase and then clicking the ‘Search Custom Fields’ button.

3. Order Fields

Clicking this button will take you to Newsletter > Order Fields where you can sort/order the custom fields of your WordPress Newsletter plugin.

4. Bulk Actions

These bulk actions allow you to select multiple Custom Field records from the table using the checkboxes and then apply a bulk action on the selected records.

The bulk actions currently available are ‘Delete’ which will permanently remove the selected Custom Fields records in the table, ‘Set as reuired’ which will be mandatory for a user to fill in and ‘Set as NOT required’ which may be left blank.

5. Custom Field Row Actions

When you hover a Custom Field row, action links will appear below it which are applicable to the row that you are hovering.

The links include ‘Edit’ which allows you to edit the Custom Field and ‘Delete’ which will remove the Custom Field permanently.

6. List(s)

This column in the table shows the Mailing Lists which the custom fields are assigned to. Universal fields appear on “All” lists, where as others will show the specific mailing lists, comma separated and each will link to through the the relative list on click.

7. Per Page

This is a quick way of choosing how many Custom Fields/records to show per page. The drop down has several values in it to choose from. When the total number of Custom Fields in the database exceeds this per page number chosen, you will notice page numbers appearing above and below the table to the right.
