1. Newsletters MS Menu Item

Once the Total MS Control extension plugin is installed and network activated, this menu will appear in the WordPress dashboard sidebar of the main site (“Network Admin”) of the WordPress Multisite network. Clicking on this menu item opens the Total MS Control settings page as in the image above.

2. Global Serial Key

You can now enter the activation key obtained for your WordPress Newsletter plugin into the appropriate area at the top of the page and save it for all sites in your network, instead of having to enter and submit it for each one individually. Once saved here, the serial key will be valid for and enable each of the sites in the network.

3. Bulk actions

  • Activate
Activates the Newsletter plugin for selected sites in the network where it was deactivated previously (at first the Newsletter plugin is activated for all sites in the network globally when the Total MS Control extension plugin is activated, but it can be deactivated for selected sites).
  • Deactivate
Deactivates the Newsletter plugin for selected sites in the network.
  • Serial Key
Instead of submitting a global serial key to activate the Newsletter plugin for all sites in the network, the network administrator can submit a serial key to activate the Newsletter plugin for one or more selected sites in the network.

4. Status

This indicates the Active or Inactive status of the Newsletter plugin for the specific site in the network.

5. Serial Key

If the Newsletter plugin had been unlocked for all sites in the network via a global serial key, then this column will simply indicate “N/A.”

However, if a serial key is (or serial keys are) entered to unlock the Newsletter plugin for individually selected sites via the Bulk Actions, the actual serial key will be displayed in this column.

6. Limits

This column shows the cumulative usage of the limits applied to the Newsletter plugin for each individual site in the network. These settings are configured in the Total MS Control extension plugin, as illustrated further down on this page.

7. Row Action Links

These are hidden links that appear when the mouse cursor is hovered over a specific row, and they apply to the specific site only.
