I deactivated one of the plugins and now I do not receive the last error but now I receive this error "SMTP connect() failed" I can send and receive the "test mail"

The most possible reason for receiving this error message is that your hosting provider blocks outgoing connections.

Can you please show this error message to your hosting provider?

I believe they will be able to assist you with your issue?
