[SOLVED] where do I find my trouble tickets?
I can't remember my trouble ticket numbers.
Where do I go to see or check on my older trouble tickets if I don't know the ticket number?
It would make sense that if I click on my username, or go to my profile, that there should be a link somewhere to find my old tickets just like my forum posts.
Anyhow, I had some important tickets that I was waiting for an answer on, but can't remember the ticket number. Where do I find them?
