I noticed that a customer from a state where I had sales tax set did not get charged. I tested and found that if I selected that state the tax MAY not go on the first time through but if I emptied the cart and then added another item the tax would get charged. It looks like Shopping Care doesn't "see" where the person is from if they fill out their address when placing their first order. Any ideas how to fix?
