I checked several pages here and the DOCs but saw no instructions what permissions should be set for the plugin files. On my test server the "Test Email Settings" pop-up works. On a live server no pop-up for Test Email Settings and the Custom CSS box does not save settings. I see on the test server some files are 744 but on the live server the same files are 644. So I think maybe the live server file permissions are wrong.

Is there a list of what file permissions should be?

I don't work here; heck I don't even have the plugin yet. Even so, all my plugin directories are set to 755 (drwxr-xr-x), while the files inside each plugin directory are set to 644 (-rw-r--r--). Hope that helps.

Fixed by uploading using cPanel instead of WinSCP. Thanks.
