WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin

I came across the Shopping Cart plugin for Wordpress when looking for a solution that would cater to my clients' set of unique requirements for the on-line store he wanted to integrate into a site I was building. I was immediately impressed by the capabilities of the plug in, particularly the more advanced features like tiered pricing, international tax models, invoice generating, and seamless integration with various check-out systems. Even when we had issues, or when my client requested features that were not originally included in the plug-in, their active support team quickly responded to our requests and quickly integrated the features and fixes into subsequent releases of the plug-in. Both the client and myself are extremely happy with the Shopping Cart, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or use it on future websites I create.

I just wanted to say, the Shopping Cart plugin... is amazing! There is just so much more control and it is so easy to do bulk actions. Even just the new product image section where you can just upload images to the products there instead of having to edit the product. I have just purchased the Shopping Cart Plug-in as it's looks and functionality seem superb, but this is far out shadowed by the fantastic level of customer service and support offered by the Tribulant Software Support Team regarding my long list of pre-sales queries. Of all the software companies we have dealt with Tribulant stands above the rest for their expediency, and willingness to solve the problems no matter what. The support staff at Tribulant is second to none. Their answers were not preformatted. One time I even got a tailor-made .pdf snap shot of screen with inserted instructions just for us. I always got an answer when I had one. This is not a company that is willing to sell you a product and then turn their back on you. They are very responsible and will stand with you every step of the way. This was a major requirement for us. Their product is stupendous, very versatile and looks great and is expandable. When we encountered problems with our original e-commerce solution Tribulant’s WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin came to the rescue. The software lives up to its claims but it is Antonie and Kyle’s excellent support skills that win the day. Every teething problem we came across was addressed in the quickest manner. I can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased a developers license for the shopping cart module about a year ago and love it. It allows me to bring in more work because I can integrate a professional shopping cart for my clients and it’s very powerful and user friendly. Occasionally everyone needs help with software, and first thing which really surprised me was that the software dev team actually responded to my support request, and within a few hours! Antonie even fixed one problem for me. Now that's what I call service!! 10 out of 10 for software & support.

This was my first experience setting up a shopping cart. Not having any technical knowledge, I sent a service ticket asking for some assistance expecting very little. What I got was a shock. The product is easy to use and I am not a technical user. I can only recommend Tribulant and their products to anyone who is considering using commercial WordPress plugins. We were so impressed with the service we also bought the Newsletters and the FAQs plugin.
