I have NEVER had such great customer and service care from anyone within the realm of software/web/technology, etc. I am blown away by how helpful you were, how professional and courteous you were. The act of you going in to our Admin panel and diagnosing the problem was beyond what I have ever experienced from a software company. Thank you for putting our website back together!

The site went live late last month and it's already taking sales. As much as it worries me to work with developers on the other side of the world and in a different time zone; I have felt so comfortable knowing when I go to sleep you guys will look at my support requests and answers are there for me in the morning here in Australia. The bugs I found you addressed, and even to the point of looking at other plugins to see if conflicts existed. It really is first class support. The cost for all of your plugins is worth every cent and I will continue to pay my fees for the updates. Keep up the great work over there!

Tribulant! One word - 'OUTSTANDING!' For two weeks I have been trying to setup the WP Ecommerce Cart, what a nightmare, it was a complete mess, My head was spinning, I came across your site, and took the jump, I decided to buy your shopping cart plugin, within 10 hours, I completely setup my entire shopping area (including have it with the grid style setup) - AMAZING! It was SO EASY! Your plugin is honestly the best Shopping Cart plugin I have ever used. I have used a few others, and all of them had to be ditched. If you (the visitor) are worried about paying the money, trust me, it is worth every penny, dont waste any more time, pay it!! and get it, you will want to hug these fella's at Tribulant for their creation. I still cannot believe it was so easy, My shopping area looks wonderful now. I came across the Shopping Cart plugin for Wordpress when looking for a solution that would cater to my clients' set of unique requirements for the on-line store he wanted to integrate into a site I was building. I was immediately impressed by the capabilities of the plug in, particularly the more advanced features like tiered pricing, international tax models, invoice generating, and seamless integration with various check-out systems. Even when we had issues, or when my client requested features that were not originally included in the plug-in, their active support team quickly responded to our requests and quickly integrated the features and fixes into subsequent releases of the plug-in. Both the client and myself are extremely happy with the Shopping Cart, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or use it on future websites I create.

I just wanted to say, the Shopping Cart plugin... is amazing! There is just so much more control and it is so easy to do bulk actions. Even just the new product image section where you can just upload images to the products there instead of having to edit the product. I have just purchased the Shopping Cart Plug-in as it's looks and functionality seem superb, but this is far out shadowed by the fantastic level of customer service and support offered by the Tribulant Software Support Team regarding my long list of pre-sales queries. Of all the software companies we have dealt with Tribulant stands above the rest for their expediency, and willingness to solve the problems no matter what. The support staff at Tribulant is second to none. Their answers were not preformatted. One time I even got a tailor-made .pdf snap shot of screen with inserted instructions just for us. I always got an answer when I had one. This is not a company that is willing to sell you a product and then turn their back on you. They are very responsible and will stand with you every step of the way. This was a major requirement for us. Their product is stupendous, very versatile and looks great and is expandable. We get remarks from clients at how professional our point-of-sale page looks like. When we encountered problems with our original e-commerce solution Tribulant’s WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin came to the rescue. The software lives up to its claims but it is Antonie and Kyle’s excellent support skills that win the day. Every teething problem we came across was addressed in the quickest manner. Occasionally everyone needs help with software, and first thing which really surprised me was that the software dev team actually responded to my support request, and within a few hours! Antonie even fixed one problem for me. Now that's what I call service!! 10 out of 10 for software & support.

This was my first experience setting up a shopping cart. Not having any technical knowledge, I sent a service ticket asking for some assistance expecting very little. What I got was a shock. The product is easy to use and I am not a technical user. I can only recommend Tribulant and their products to anyone who is considering using commercial WordPress plugins. We were so impressed with the service we also bought the Newsletters and the FAQs plugin.
