Software License
Licenses
All software packages or products used by yourself or your company, used either for commercial or non-commercial purposes requires a valid license purchased from Tribulant Software. Please read the sections below based on your commercial status for the use of our software packages.
Commercial Use
For each website on which a Tribulant Software software package or product is used, a single, valid license is required. With a valid, commercial license for your website, a software package or product may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.
Additional Terms
Attribution/Modification
All of the Tribulant Software packages or products may be freely adapted, modified and attributed to in order to suit your personal/business needs.
Redistribution
None of the Tribulant Software software packages or products may be redistributed to third parties. For non-commercial use, a single license allows you to redistribute the specified product within your own boundaries for non-commercial purposes.
License Mixing
A commercial license may not be used for non-commercial purposes and a non-commercial license may not be used for commercial purposes. Separate, valid licenses need to be purchased for each of these causes.
