WordPress FAQs plugin v1.3
We are proud to announce the release of the WordPress FAQs plugin version 1.3 which is fully compatible with WordPress 2.8.6.
The plugin has also been thoroughly tested on the Windows platform running IIS, PHP 5 and MySQL 5 for compatibility and it runs flawlessly. There were issues on the Windows platform previously due to slashes and paths so we are happy to say that all Windows hosted customers can use the FAQs plugin without issues.
There have are a number of new features in this release together with a few bug fixes and enhancements. See a full list of changes in the release notes over at the documentation.
For those of you whom are unfamiliar with our WordPress FAQs plugin, it allows you to set up a number of groups for example: Cars, Boats, Trucks, etc. depending on what type of services, products or practices you offer on your WordPress website.
Not only can you construct your FAQs and publish questions in your different groups/sections but it also allows your users to ask you questions on the different topics/sections. You are notified by email and then at your convenience and then you answer your customers’ questions. This is especially helpful for those of you who keep getting asked the same or similar types of question on you site or blog.

Remember your service fee must be up to date (US$5 per 3 month period). If you have purchased (or renewed) the FAQs plugin within the last 3 months you will automatically be able to download the latest version at no additional charge (v1.3).
