2CO No Longer Supported
My name is Antonie, owner at Tribulant Software and I would like to take a moment to provide information on your recurring subscription with us through 2CO.
If you had a 2CO recurring subscription which was stopped, please continue reading this. If not, you may ignore this post as it does not apply to you.
First off, thank you for supporting us with your recurring subscription up until now. You have been a loyal customer and we greatly appreciate this.
You should’ve received an email notification from 2CO that your recurring subscription has been cancelled or stopped. Do not be alarmed, this is okay we stopped them manually and the instructions below will help you to reinstate your recurring subscription.
Due to several business related reasons, we have stopped supporting 2CO in our business. As a result, we do not take payments through 2CO anymore and we also stopped all 2CO recurring subscriptions.
We are using PayPal as our only, priority payment method since their system is extremely efficient, the fees are reasonable and almost anyone can use PayPal. Our PayPal account allows us to take payments via PayPal even if the customer doesn’t have a PayPal account, then they can pay with credit card.
Reinstate your subscription
It is quick and will take only 2 minutes.
You can just go directly to the downloads management section and click renew or extend from there. You may need to login to your account if you are not already logged in. If you need to reset your password, you can use the Forgotten Password? form.
By leaving the “Auto Recurring” checkbox ticked/checked, PayPal will create a recurring subscription for you so you do not have to do it in the future again. You can also use the coupon code SUPERSTAR for 30% discount on your subscription which will be locked in forever, as long as it stays active. See this screenshot as an illustration:
