Great news all Tribulant Software customers, we have launched our new support help desk!
The new support system is simple, efficient and very fast. It has great features which makes support requests much easier for you as the customer and also makes provision of support more efficient for us as staff.
Register an Account
Customer help desk accounts is a new feature so you won’t be able to sign in until you create an account.
You can register a help desk account to better manage your tickets by seeing all tickets history, opening new tickets on your account and searching for tickets to find certain things that you may have discussed with us in the past.
By registering an account with a previous email address you have used, all your past tickets will become available upon verification.
Ticket History is Intact
All your previous tickets are intact and you can access them with your email address and ticket number/ID. As added security, checking the status of a ticket requires verification by email. It is quick and secure, enjoy!
Knowledge Base/FAQs
We have implemented a knowledge base with frequently asked questions for our premium WordPress plugins. It will grow over time with the most general questions that our customers ask in order to assist you better before needing to open a ticket. These may be questions which do not directly translate from our documentation.
