We had some problems with the server at the end of last week and throughout the duration of the weekend. The server was “hacked” by spammers and both PHP and Perl scripts were injected onto it, sending out literally hundreds of thousands of spam emails. It was up and down, continuously. As a result the Tribulant Software website was down and all incoming emails bounced back during these phases because the host could not be resolved.
If you had any problems with accessing the Tribulant website or sending us emails from Thursday all the way through till Saturday, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Wheter you sent emails to the support/helpdesk address or to my personal address, chances are that your emails didn’t come through and that you’ll need to resend them. Please try again since the server has been stabilized and has been running well since Saturday. Thank you for your patience in this matter!
