Support for s2Member Custom Registration/Profile Fields

Now you can easily choose the custom registration field by selecting them from the drop-down list. You can save the custom registration field filled in on the s2Member registration form to the subscriber on a Newsletter plugin custom field.

Important Improvements and Fixes

• Show s2Member labels instead of level 1 to 4
• Updated PHP constructors for PHP 7+ enhancement
