Many of our customers have requested an easy way of letting customers submit reviews and ratings on products in their shop so we developed the Product Reviews extension plugin.
What does it do?
In our WordPress eCommerce world with an ever growing social presence, we depend on our customers/clients to spread the awareness of our products by word of mouth. That on top of the marketing and advertising that we do from our side.
Letting customers submit reviews and ratings on products in your shop gives other, potential customers an immediate overview of what other people are saying, thinking and feeling about a product before they purchase it. This has proven to increase sales conversions!
How does it work?
The Product Reviews extension plugin is easy to use, honestly.
You install it and simply turn it on to start accepting product reviews and ratings in your WordPress shop. You can then configure it further to disable it on certain products or even use the Yotpo integration which is built into the extension plugin already.
As customers submit reviews on your products, you can moderate the reviews by approving the ones which you feel are appropriate and declining the ones which may not be relevant, true or appropriate for your shop.
