WordPress FAQs v1.3.8 Release Notes

WordPress FAQs plugin v1.3.8 release notes. Fixed Viper’s Video Quicktags conflict with the TinyMCE button. There was an ‘Optional’ message under keywords when saving a group while it is mandatory.
