Newsletters > Configuration > System > Permissions 1. Send to Roles Permission Choose which user roles are able to see the roles checkboxes list under create newsletters. 2. Global Plugin Permissions Set some global plugin permissions to allow certain user roles to have access to areas in the plugin.
