Welcome to the Contact & Support Center

Here you can contact Tribulant Software concerning account & billing problems, plugin support, pre-sales, affiliate support, advertisement, blogging collaboration, and guest posting.

In order to streamline contact & support requests and to better serve you, we use a support ticket system. Every contact & support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Both paid and free plugins clients are welcome.

For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your contact & support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Your support account here is separate from your Tribulant account image.

We humbly request your patience and understanding as we deal with many tickets per day. Feel free to nudge us if we haven't replied.

Frustrated by an issue? Reach out before leaving a review

We get it, it's frustrating. But, reviewing us negatively for that won't be fair for any of us nor solve the problem. Simply submit a ticket, we'll resolve it, and send you the latest internal version at any time.

Before contacting us for WordPress plugins support, you must follow this troubleshooting list:

  1. Search our documentation site image.
  2. If there's an issue, disable all your plugins except for the plugin with which you need help and test again. If it works fine, enable each plugin one by one to see which one is interfering with our plugin. The better way to do so is by using the "Health Check & Troubleshooting" plugin. Then, on the Plugins page, click on Troubleshoot, or on Health Check and then the Troubleshooting tab. Follow the instructions there. This behaves as a safe mode and temporarily disables your plugins/themes in one click, and re-activates the same ones in one click when you finish troubleshooting.
  3. If there's an issue, disable your theme and test again with a default WordPress theme. Use the "Health Check & Troubleshooting" plugin again from the above point.
  4. If you have both the lite and paid versions installed of Tribulant Newsletters and/or Slideshow Gallery, make sure to deactivate and delete the lite version.
  5. Update WordPress, your theme, and all plugins (including Tribulant plugins) to their latest versions or we might not be able to help.
  6. Update your PHP version to 7.4+ and max PHP 8.3 for now. You can ask your hosting to do that for you or host image with us and we'll change it for you. Do not use any PHP version blindly (nor the latest) but ask us via ticket or check the changelogs (release notes) image or readme to view compatibility. View WordPress PHP compatibility image.

This is not for hosting support. Navigate to our hosting's client area image to submit a ticket.
