I sent to the list of subscribers, but i got the error message I was trying to send more than 400-500, and now I don't know who received and who did not receive.

If you're going to send to that many email addresses, you should turn on scheduling.
You can turn on email scheduling in the 'Configuration' section of the plugin.
Recommended settings are 50 emails every 5 minutes.
This will spread the load on your server and prevent the script from timing out.

need to know if there is a way to display products without images

A product image is currently mandatory.
I'm working on the ability to save products without images.

do you have full control over shipping methods (cost [per weight or items), UPS or USPS, etc.

Yes, you can fully control all shipping.
You can add multiple shipping methods to the plugin.
See a screenshot here of the shipping tiers: http://screencast.com/t/ZTY3OGQ1Z

Unfortunately UPS is not integrated into the plugin yet.
We are working on integrating UPS and FedEx.

Regarding the 'Account' page...
Yes, the plugin shows full order history.
If you are selling digital products/downloads, a downloads section will be available as well.

I am trying to set up shipping for products based on weight I ve set up the configuration to use weight fixed price and ive added the weight to the product but it doesnt automatically display the cost

Shipping is calculated during checkout, after the 'Shipping' page.
In order for shipping by weight to be calculated, you have to use shipping tiers.
In the 'Configuration', do you have shipping tiers enabled and the 'Weight' radio button selected?
You have to have global shipping on to calculate.
But yes, you can add additional shipping per product when editing the product as well.

I want to customise the template that is used to display newsletters in the browser window once users have clicked a link in the email which they receive in their inbox.

It currently uses the WordPress blank layout which will be hard to modify.
You'll be able to customize some of the CSS in the following file...

wp-mailinglist/css/wp-mailinglist-die.css

I can't find where in the newsletter plugin I can change the text of the following email that goes out to new subscribers

The file is located at wp-mailinglist/views/email/subscribe-notify.php
You can edit the file and use both HTML and PHP inside it.

I was wondering if it is possible to use your NewsLetter Plugin for my russian language correspondence.

Yes, the plugin can be translated.
See the instructions here: http://docs.tribulant.com/wordpress-mailing-list-plugin/80

Russian characters shouldn't be a problem at all.
We have customers using the plugin in many different languages.
If there are problems when the emails are sent out, we can change the character set to fix it.
It uses the same character set as WordPress by default which is UTF-8.

Does the mailing list plugin come with an option for an autorespond function for which subscribers get a set number of emails at a set time interval?

Unfortunately the plugin doesn't have this type of autoresponder yet.
It only has a single autoresponder upon confirmation of subscription.

If such an autoresponding function will be implemented in the future, will the upgrade be free if I buy the plugin now?

Yes, all updates are free with an active updates subscription.
An updates subscription is $5 every 3 months.
You get 3 months free included with your initial purchase.

We anticipate to release the autoresponder within this period.
Hopefully our planning goes well so that we can do that.

Does your shopping cart support recurring billing / subscriptions?

Unfortunaely it does not support recuring billing, Just once of Subscriptions or Billing. However we can quote you on adding this feature as a customised request

Can the shopping cart plugin be internationalized? What types of shipping options are there?

Yes, the WordPress shopping cart plugin can be very easily translated. You can use poEdit and follow this article as reference: http://docs.tribulant.com/wordpress-whois-plugin/915 (it is for the WHOIS plugin but the concept is the same) . Have you translated other WordPress plugins? It works the same way and uses standard WordPress conventions.

We just developed weight based shipping this week with fully functional shipping tiers and multiple shipping methods.

I'm getting a fatal error message:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted

The error is due to the fact that your server has low memory allocation.
You can either increase it in your php.ini file or if you are on shared hosting inside your .htaccess file.
See these instructions: http://www.lost-in-code.com/programming/php-code/php-increase-memory-limit/

I'm looking for a wordpress cart plugin that supports:Volume Pricing

it is a great feature for you to offer tiered pricing on your products to provide discount on bulk. When you setup a product, this is what it looks like: http://screencast.com/t/ZmIzZDE1M

How does the interval work? Do you need to create a cronjob?

No, you don't need cronjob, WordPress has that built in.

The scheduling is as simple as putting in the interval and the number of emails you want to send per interval and that's it.

The plugin, together with WordPress will do the rest.

In my control panel one of my question groups shows incorrect typing on my webpage which i typed correctly in my panel.

That's just the way you typed the heading into the FAQ page. You did that manually so it was static content.

In IE - even though I have chosen NOT to have any of my questions open on the FAQ page - the first question of each group IS open. ( I don't know why - it only does this in IE. )

This could be a bug in the jQuery accordion script. The FAQs plugin uses a 3rd party jQuery plugin to do the sliding actionsI notice that you are running a previous version of the FAQs plugin.
We released v1.3.5 about 2 weeks back. Get it here: http://tribulant.com/downloads/
It also has an updated accordion script in it. (the latest one from jQuery).

How is the shipping set up? Can there be a different price per item Please let me know about the shipping

The shipping settings in the plugin are very flexible.

1. You can add multiple shipping methods to the plugin.

2. You get global shipping where you can specify weight measurement (if you do shipping calculation by weight). Alternatively, global shipping can be done by order total or total units. See this: http://screencast.com/t/Yjk3YzI1MjU

3. You can specify additional shipping per product and also exclude products individually from the global shipping calculation. All the settings are optional and they don't have to be complex like the screenshot but see this: http://screencast.com/t/Y2FjMmJhM

Does the Mailing List Plugin support plain Text emails in addition to HTML emails?

Yes, the plugin does support both HTML and Text.
It doesn't send multi mime emails but your subscribers can choose their format.
On their subscription management page, they can select their option, either HTML or Text.

Multi-language support in the sense of sending out a newsletter in 2 languages?
This is not directly possible but it can be done indirectly using another plugin.
We integrated this plugin: http://www.poplarware.com/languageplugin.html
It automatically subscribes a user to a specific mailing list based on their current language viewing the site.

I have just bought and installed the newsletter plugin, and I'm trying customize the subscription confirmation email message. Is there an option for that?

There is no option/setting in the plugin but you can edit the template file.
It is located at wp-mailinglist/views/email/confirm-notify.php in the plugin files.
You can edit this file and use Text, HTML and PHP in it.

Would I be able to create a 'Invite a friend' feature which when clicked will allow the user to input an email address then send a request to sign up? And if so how would I do this?

Unfortunately this feature is not currently available in the plugin itself.
There are some WordPress plugins out there for this.
See this one for example: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/invitefriends-plug-in/
Then, with a plugin like that setup, you can put a newsletter subscription checkbox on the registration field. This can be done in the 'Configuration' section of the Newsletters plugin. Additionally/alternatively, the Newsletters plugin can automatically import all new registrations into any mailing list of your choice which can also be configured in the 'Configuration' section. The Newsletters plugin is here: http://tribulant.com/products/view/1/wordpress-mailing-list-plugin
