Newsletter: View a Subscriber
Newsletters > Subscribers > View Subscriber
Overview
This is a summary of a subscriber’s details. With the buttons available, you can Edit, Delete, see Emails Sent, and Send Manage Subscription Email.
Discussed below are the active items. I.e., those that will allow the administrator to perform an action. Static Fields displayed are self explanatory, i.e., Email Address, IP address, Email Format, Bounce, etc.
You’ll also see if a subscriber has subscribed as a WordPress user or not, and his username, if applicable and if enabled in Configuration.
1. Edit
Clicking this button will take you to Newsletter > Save a Subscriber and let you change the details of the Subscriber.
2. Delete
Clicking this button will delete a Subscriber. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
3. Emails Sent
Clicking this button scrolls down the page to the Emails section, where you can view all emails sent to that subscriber. You can also choose to Resend most types of emails from there.
4. Send Manage Subscription Email
Clicking this button will send the manage subscription email to that subscriber. When he clicks on the link in there, he’ll be taken to the page on your site where he can manage his subscriptions and account. The user will be automatically logged in.
5. Mailing Lists
The displayed mailing lists show you which ones that subscriber is subscribed to. The green checkmark indicates that he has an active subscription to that mailing list. The red X would indicate that his subscription to that mailing list is inactive. Clicking on a Mailing List takes you to the View List page and it displays a list of subscribers associated with that mailing list. For more details see the section on Newsletters > Mailing Lists.
