• When editing a Subscribe Forms > Mailing List > and Multiple is chosen and only one list is selected, it will now hide Select All on the front-end.
• Separate checkbox label from Select All in front-end.
• Subscribe Forms front-end layout improved.
• Subscribe Forms multilingual support to Mailing List Type field and improved layout.
• Multisite compatibility.

Fixed

• Subscribers import error.
• Multisite Upgrade to PRO link was not working.
• Multisite plugins page yellow notice was not full width.
• Subscriber not being added due to new field is_active.
• Test email could not sent due to TLD uppercase issue.
