Newsletters 4.9.8 Release Notes

Release notes for version 4.9.8 of the WordPress Newsletter plugin.

Added

• Field Background Color and Button Padding options in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings.
• Padding option in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Field Styling.
• Placeholder Text Color option in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Field Styling.
• Full Width button option in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Button Styling.
• If Full Width isn’t chosen in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Button Styling, a new Location option appears. Display the subscribe button on the left, center, or right.
• Text Hover Color option in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Button Styling.
• Title Color option in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings > Form Styling. Works only in widgets since they have a Title field.
• Animation transition added to Subscribe Forms submit button.

• Subscribe Forms fields remove icon (x) updated to the bin icon, and text updated to reflect that it’s only removing a field from that form and not removing the actual custom field.
• Separated Loading Indicator Icons in Subscribe Forms Styling Settings.
• Widened the dropdown size of Configuration > Bounce Configuration > Check Interval.

• Update Preview issue when creating a newsletter.
• Import Subscribers issues.
• Max Subscribers reached before reaching limit when the serial key is not provided.
• Delete email issue on newsletter edit page when clicking Delete Email button.
• CSRF issue on Subscribers admin page.
• SMTP password HTML encoded issue. This caused problems with being unable to send emails via our plugin.
• Duplicated before form custom HTML.
• Font Awesome premium plugin conflict in the backend causing some icons to disappear.
• Close and X buttons on the modal when a subscriber wants to remove himself from a mailing list were not working on default2 template.
• Ajax subscriber import number of CSV entries.
• Confirmation email mailing list(s) not displaying after background process import. Ajax import mailing list(s) in email not yet fixed.
• Subscribe Form field turned transparent when submitted and required field wasn’t filled.
