1. Add New Custom Field

Clicking this button will take you to ‘Save a Custom Field’ where you can create a new Custom Field Custom Field for your shop. New Custom Fields added will show up on this ‘Manage Custom Fields’ screen after they are added.

2. Bulk Actions

These bulk actions allow you to select multiple Custom Field records from the table using the checkboxes and then apply a bulk action on the selected records.The bulk actions currently available are ‘Delete’ which will permanently remove the selected Custom Fields records in the table, ‘Set as required’ making the field obligitory, ‘Set as not required’ making the field optional, ‘Set as Global’ making the field global during the user’s selection of that Product and ‘Set as not Gobal’ which turns off the global setting.

3. Per Page

This is a quick way of choosing how many Custom Fields/records to show per page. The drop down has several values in it to choose from. When the total number of Custom Fields in the database exceeds this per page number chosen, you will notice page numbers appearing above and below the table to the right.

4. Search Custom Fields

Quickly search the database for Custom Fields by typing a word or phrase and then clicking the ‘Search Custom Fields’ button.

5. Order

This takes you to the Checkout>Custom Fields Sort/Order screen where you can sort and reorder the list of custom fields using drag and drop

6. Custom Field Row Actions

When you hover a Custom Field row, action links will appear below it which are applicable to the row that you are hovering.  The links include ‘Edit’ which allows you to edit the Custom Field, ‘Delete’ which will remove the record permanently.
