4. LUCY Server

LUCY Customer Experience
The above screenshot shows a generic page of what the checkout process will look like for your customers when completing an order using the Lucy Gateway. Customers will simply need to fill in the 4 fields seen and click the ‘Finish‘ button. The plugin will send their info to the CynergyData site where the funds will be added to your account and then Cynergy Data will send a message back to the plugin where the order will be marked as paid and completed – all this is done in a few seconds while the customer sees a ‘Processing Order/Payment‘ message – after which they will be redirected to a ‘Payment Completed‘ confirmation message.
NOTE: an SSL certificate is needed to process the payments so that the data is encrypted. You can read more on setting up SSL on your site HERE.
