Stats on banner rotator not at all accurate

On one of my client's sites, the banner states say there in one day there were thousands of clicks. Which can't possibly be accurate giving that they have only had 100 people on the site that day via google analytics.

What could cause the miscalculation?

Page Embed Code - not working / TinyMCE editor button - blank pop options / Widget -works

Good Day,

Banner widget code works on my site.

Page embed code, does not display banner rotation - zone or ad - tried both.
Can not get shortcode of [wpbrad id=1] or [wpbrzone id=3] to display in page.
If I place shortcode inside <[code><[/code]> - then it just displays
<[code><[/code]>

I've also tried using hardcode within page - with and without - neither display anything either.

Then using TinyMCE editor button - the pop menu with Ads/Zones options is blank with no number choices. Yet Banner overview page shows all listed ads and zones as it should.

Yet adding to sidebar as Widget - no problem - loads zone with no issues.

Advice? HELP!?! #TIA

[SOLVED] Checking to see if zone has ads

How can I check to see if ad zone has ads and if it does display it, and if no ads are active in that zone then display something else???

also, I have two ad zones shown on the same page. How can I have one ad zone be static and not auto refresh like the other ad zone does??
