Unapproved Questions being displayed

We have unapproved questions that are being displayed on the front end of the website. I updated the plugin last week...although I see that the plugin itself hasn't been updated in 3 years by the developer which does concern me as it seems to be having a number of issues since updating. Any insight would be appreciated.

Search Feature Not working

I'm having trouble with the search feature on the plugin. I recently updated it to the most recent version to try and help with Errors being logged, but when I test the features since the update, the Search Feature if not working. I honestly don't know if it was before but no one has reported it as a problem. I noticed that some of the shortcode wording had changed, so I updated it on one page at least. Here's an example of a page with the up to date search feature on it: http://phillips-scholarship.org/current-scholars/renewal-applications-faqs/ and when you hit submit its not working.

I know there's a built-in search for the FAQs, but for a number of reasons it doesn't work for us. Having the system generate posts and using the site wide main search kind of works, but because the posts are created using short codes, the main search doesn't see them. Can you suggest a search plugin that might work well with the posts as your system creates them and simply extends the main search?

Assigning more than one Group to a question

Can I assign more than one group to a question. My site has multiple FAQ pages and a number of the questions should be in multiple groups.

Would like to suggest a vote that the question and answer solved the visitors questions.

The idea is to order the questions on most viewed or most helpful.

Hi,

When I edit an FAQ answer, it reverts back to the orginial version of the question. I can't get my changes to stick.

Is this a bug?

Exclude group from search

Can I exclude a group from the FAQ search, inserted with a shortcode?

Also, is there the ability to have parent groups? i.e nested levels of groups?

I think I understand why I would want to create a post/page for the questions I add, for search engine purposes. I am unsure as to which I should choose, a post or a page. Is one more beneficial over the other? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

404 Not Found when using Page Parent

Hello,

When I create a group, and set it as follows:

Save WordPress Post/Page = Page

Post/Page Title = Pre-Sales FAQ

Page Parent = FAQ

I get a 404 not found error when I try to access the group page.

If the group is not set to a page parent, then it displays fine.

I have flushed permalinks, deleted the group and tried recreating it, ran the "Check/Optimize Database" and the "Resave Posts/Pages" links on the Configuration page - and still am getting a 404.

Using WP 3.9.1 and Version 1.5.2 of the plugin.

Any ideas?

Change subject line on emails and from email address

I have two questions related to the notification emails.

Is there a way to change the subject line of the email that gets sent out for notification? I see the email template for the body, but I don't see that the subject line gets set there.

Is there a way to set the sent from address for these email notifications?

Hi there,

Love the plugin!

So I am having issues with the style of my site overriding the style of the plugin. And when I go to the FAQ plugin's settings and edit the style/theme, it doesn't override the site's theme. I'm wondering how I can edit the plugin's style so that I can turn off the theme's styling?

As you can see here, the style doesn't let the user see the bounding box around the form and fields...

I've changed the order of the questions in a group and although it looks fine on the dashbaord when I go to the actual page the order hasn't changed.
