popup plugin on multisite?

I am having an issue. I installed this plugin on wordpress multisite. I have my main site at www.mydomain.com and my subsite at www.mydomain.com/subsiteaddress.

The popups are only showing at www.mydomain.com. I have the plugin activated across the multisite and the options tab is showing on both dashboards. I have also tried setting the popup to show at this url: www.mydomain.com/subsiteaddress/*

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Hi there

I want to change the size of my popup. But when I click the box with either the heigth or the width it only removes the check.

The same happens with the colour boxes.

Anybody familiar with this problem?

Does this plugin offer mobile settings?

For example, do you have:

a. A choice not to show the Popup in mobile (smartphone) environments.
b. A choice to resize for mobile smartphones.

Currently, this plugin does not work properly in mobile -- given it takes up the entire screen and you cannot close it easily given it is outside of the display area.

I'd rather not make the popup window small (mobile resolution) as this looks odd for larger screen viewers. Please confirm a workaround for this.

[Solved] Configuration Amazon ses/sns in newsletter stopped working for me

Hello tribulant

A couple of weeks ago I configured Amazon SES for my web domain in order to use it as SMTP server, it worked fine for two mailing of the newsletter, but stopped working.

In my account of amazon SES, I have checked my web domain and two email addresses, one for bounces. The DKIM options are enabled and bounces SNS, as recommended in the documentation page http://docs.tribulant.com/wordpress-mailing-list-plugin/7131

In the plugin configure tribulant Amazon SES and SNS smoothly and it worked well in two newsletter sent. Incluis configure DKIM signing tribulant according to the documentation.

The subscription confirmation email sent stopped for no reason, after the second newsletter, and using the "test email settings" button displays the following error:

"The Following From address failed: bounces@mydomain.com : Called Mail () without being connected"

" bounces@mydomain.com " is the second account that I checked for bounces at amazon ses / sns / and plugin settings

Apparently there is some instability that I have not detected , and have returned to using the server setup my hosting

My subscribers are increasing and need to continue using amazon ses and tribulant

Can I get help to solve ? thanks in advance

Emailed invoice showing document.cookie text multiple times

When pays for an order via PayPal the shop invoice that gets emailed to them is showing:

This is appearing before the product item price and total. It then also appears before sub total. This doesn't happen when they choose the offline payment method, only PayPal.

I can't seem to identify where the invoice template is writing this. If someone could at least tell me where it writes this info then I could possible write a hack that prevents this.

Also, this only happens in the automated email. If you use the send the email via Dashboard > Checkout > Orders and use the send invoice option then it doesn't have the cookie junk in it.

Where can I find where the automated invoice email gets sent from?

Popup plugin wildcard/* issue

Sad to say but even since version 1.6 this has never worked.

I have a website that generates dynamic urls so the wildcard not working is HUGE issue since thats the only reason i needed the popup software in the first place is so that I can popup after 5 visits to our listings details pages.

Hi,

I'm using Tribulant's Popup plugin, and I can't figure out how to get a popup to appear on page load. I've tried seemingly everything -- setting the active dates for the popup, making the popup visible to all users, specifying that the popup should appear on all pages, turning off my "Maintenance" plugin, etc.

Can anyone help?
