[SOLVED] Thumbnails not moving with click for next image

edited November 2012 in Slideshow Gallery plugin
Hi,

My client says that in the past the thumbnails moved to the left when you clicked on the next image or to the right when you clicked on the previous. The thumbnail for the current image was always in the middle. Now when you click on next image or previous, the thumbnails don't move anymore.

You can see an example of this here: http://www.newborn-fotografie.nl/fotos/

Can you take a look at it?

PS: I'm using version 1.1.1.1 because with the new version there seems to be a problem with centering the images. And updating the plugin doesn't help.

Thank you for your post, Jelle.

There was never next/previous links in the image overlay.
Not in this older version using Thickbox and not in the latest version either.
It will have to be manually added to the code if needed.

If you want to upgrade, there are instructions to center align the images in the slideshow at the very bottom of this forum topic: http://tribulant.com/app/webroot/forums/discussion/23/solved-center-images-horizontally-on-slideshow/p1

Please let me know if this helps!

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I couldn't respond earlier.

I think you misunderstand me, because the solution in the other thread at the bottom relates to something else. :)

What I mean is that the row of thumbnails on the page here http://fotografielydia.nl/portfolio/trouwen/ doesn't move when you go to the next image. So after (in this case) 11/12 photos, you don't see the thumbnail of the current big image.

My client says it used to be like this - that the thumbnails slide along the big image. But she could be wrong. I am afraid some of my javascript gets in the way.

I hope you understand my question. :)

    Kind regards,
    Jelle

    Hi Jelle,

Thank you for your post, and please accept our
apologies for this terribly late reply. Somehow your forum post got
hidden in amongst other resolved posts.

I visited that URL you gave, but it looks like that page has been abandoned?

Have you managed with the basic issue though, or received support via our helpdesk?

I look foreward to your reply.

    Regards,

    Phil
