[Solved] gallery missing buttons – needs "refresh" to be viewed

Hi,

we've got a slight problem: when you open one of the galleries on the following page (example): http://www.ruschradelt.com/marokko/ the arrows are missing and the preview pics go beyond the frame width to the right. When the page is refreshed all is the way it should be. how can this "bug" be avoided? this occurs with all main browsers,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Unfortunately, try as we could ('us' being the Tribulant software staff, all based in various locations) we were not able to replicate your issue. The navigation arrows appeared for us each time on the first load of the page in a variety of browsers.

    Have you by any chance managed to fix it, or does the issue still persist for you?

    Hi Phil,

    thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately the problem still persists. We've had this problem here on our Macs with Safari and Firefox and the client tried it on WIndows with Explorer 8 and Google Chrome.

    Navigate to "trips" and choose any country. Maybe you'll see the problem.

    The wordpress version is 3.4.2.
    The Slideshow gallery version is: 1.2.3.2.

    This is so strange. We've now checked in several locations, many computers and three different countries around the world, and only in New Zealand a friend of mine noticed that the arrows were missing. They appeared though if he hovered his mouse cursor over the slideshow.

    Our own tech guys here are unable to replicate any of it though. We'll continue trying to find the cause though, Natasha - even though we have to admit it has us more than just a little bamboozled! :-)

    Do the arrows appear for you as well when you mouse-over the slideshow?
