Widget two instead of one input field

edited November 2013 in Newsletter plugin
Hi
In the sidebar of my page (http://www.sir.ch/focus/) in the NEWSLETTER section the Newsletter widget shows two input fields. I only need one for the email-address, preferably with the word "email address" in it. I don't know where the second input field comes from. All subscribers are automatically subscribed to the one standard-mailinglist that I have.
Thanks for any help to get rid of that second field,
Robin

    Hello Robin,

Thank you for getting in contact with us.

The extra field you are seeing is a honeypot field (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honeypot_(computing)) it seems to be displayed because of a conflict with your theme CSS. You can either apply the following CSS to your website: http://pastebin.com/v9rGTxSa (you can apply it under the Custom CSS section of the Newsletter Plugin on "Newsletters > Configuration" at the end of the page) or you can open a new ticket under our helpdesk (http://www.tribulant.com/support) with your website WP login details so we can apply the necessary changes for you.

Plesae let us know if it helps ok?

    All the best!

Thanks for this. Actually your solution only works with "Use Theme Style File" = YES. But that overrides the layout style of the form back to the non-fitting white input field (offline code doesn't solve that layout problem).

So instead of entering your CSS code in the CSS section of the Newsletters > Configuration I pasted it directly in my theme's main CSS file, which now seems to work perfectly well.

Problem solved, thanks for your support, always highly appreciated!
    Robin
