[SOLVED] why won't the images stay in a row and the arrows scroll?

Hello, 

I am using your plugin here sehn.joycegrace.ca, albeit, of course it has been customized a little for appearance.

What I can't figure out how to fix is the navigation is not scrolling, and the thumbnails just stack in rows, instead of being part of a continuous string that scrolls when a user clicks on the right and left arrows.

Can you please help me with this? I am really baffled by it and so desperate for help.

    The navigational arrows also scroll the thumbnails normally, like they ought to.

    Have you managed to resolve the issue, perhaps via a support ticket?
