[SOLVED] Thumbnail scroll arrows don't work at all (despite showing a hover state)

I have tested in IE9 and Chrome, but whether hovering or clicking on the arrows, the thumbnails don't scroll across in any direction.

Additional info:

Wordpress 3.5
Slideshow gallery 1.2.3.2, added via Wordpress plugins section (prev version of Wordpress, I think it was 3.1. As a matter of fact, since updating, clicking on the thumbnails is pretty random too, it all depends on their hover opacity at the time)

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for your support request.

I visited the page in your post above, but it seems there is currently no slideshow? In any case, when something like that happens it's usually because of one or more Javascript errors on the site, frequently caused by the theme, an outdated plugin or a conflict between plugins.

Could you show us an example of the slideshow where this occurs?

    Best regards,

    Phil

I just installed the responsive version of slide gallery and am experiencing the same issue with the previous/next thumbnail arrows not advancing the thumbnails/images. It's the only plugin currently installed on the test site. Both arrows change upon hover but don't cause an action.

Any ideas of what could be causing it?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for your response Peter.

I went through your test page but apparently the slideshow is not working there as I can only see the shortcode.

Can you please get it running so I can take a closer look into this issue for you?

We`ll look forward to your response.

    All the best!

I still just see the shortcode on the "Test Gallery Page": http://paulbruins.co.za/?page_id=346
