[SOLVED] Updated and now slideshow doesn't display

I just updated to version 1.3 about 20 minutes ago. Now, the slideshow gallery does not display on any of my pages.

my site: tryflawless.com
slideshow gallery v1.3
wordpress version 3.8.1

*update: I went into the "manage slides" section and clicked on one of the images I have. Clicked save on that image and now i'm getting this message on the top of the manage slides section

Deprecated: Function call_user_method() is deprecated in /home/isecoe5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/slideshow-gallery.php on line 96

Don't know if this helps...

    Thank you for your post.

The deprecated error is just a PHP warning, it is harmless and shouldn't prevent the slideshow from displaying.

The issue here is that the Javascript console shows a syntax error: http://goo.gl/sNW08a
It is because a setting is empty.

Can you please go to Slideshow > Configuration in the Slideshow Gallery plugin, ensure that the speed setting is set and then save the settings. That should resolve it.

I look forward to your feedback on this.

    Thank you for your response.

The sliders should show, I assume there is a Javascript error of some sort.
Or alternatively your browser is still running on cache. Clear the browser cache maybe?

If it persists, there are 2 possible solutions:

    1. If you right-click, inspect element, there is a hidden INPUT field for each slider (which is not showing) where you can temporarily change the values in the hidden INPUT fields and then save the settings.

    2. Please submit a ticket to us with WordPress login details so that we can check for you and resolve it. You can submit a ticket here: http://tribulant.com/support/

Thank you for submitting your ticket.

I have already resolved the problem for you in the ticket.
The slideshows are working now: http://tryflawless.com/?page_id=80

For some reason the settings of the Slideshow Gallery plugin didn't initialize.
The solution is to deactivate/reactivate the plugin since those settings run when the plugin is activated.

    All the best,
    Antonie

    Just a quick note...

I see that you have a responsive WordPress theme.

You can make all your slideshows responsive in the Slideshow Gallery plugin by going to Slideshow > Configuration > Appearance & Styles and setting the layout to responsive.

That way your slideshows will still be working fine on mobile and tablet devices and they will adjust together with your theme.
