Recent upgrade changed pricing ??

This is the oddest thing, and I can't even figure out what is being added or where - none of my options have changed, but the pricing has.

Select an 8x10, you get the actual price.  But listed - is some other price and I can't figure out how to fix it.  What changed?  No tax added - using variations. 

Help?

    Okay so it appears the upgrade is causing "tax exempt" to really not be tax exempt, that product variations have tax added unless I go in and change each product to "no" tax on product variations.

    WHY?  If the base configuration is set to tax exempt, why is this happening?

    Also, my thumbnail/image sizes are not being read correctly and I had to manually change the CSS -- which is totally messing up the mobile view. 

    Can I just downgrade?  This upgrade is seriously glitchy.

    I'm sorry for the delay in posting back here.

    Is the problem that if a product is set to tax exempt the variation options on the products still charge tax unless you go into each product and edit that?

    Please confirm so that we can investigate and fix this asap.
