Newsletter and qTranslate break widgets page

Hi there

for some reason in my website Newsletter plugin (version 3.9.5.2) is not compatible with qTranslate (version Versão 2.5.33b). If both are active  drag&drop and show&hide functions at widgets page doesnt work... I mean the widgets page at wp admin. So if both plugins are active I'm not able to control the widgets despite the fact that the widgets keep working at the public website. Is that clear? 

the WordPress version is 3.5

It's not something we've seen before, so I would like to ask you if you would kindly submit a support ticket at http://tribulant.com/support/, and provide us with admin login details to your website so we could investigate the issue.

Once we find out what the cause and solution is, we can post here again for the benefit of the community.
