I have been using this plugin for a while now and I noticed that the Latest Post Subscription emails are landed under Spam folder.

How can I prevent it?

    Thank you for your post.

To use the spam score checker, simply create a newsletter under Newsletters > Create Newsletter or load an existing history email from under Newsletters > Sent & Draft Emails. There is a history email under Newsletters  > Sent & Draft Emails for the latest posts subscriptions as well.

While you create/edit the newsletter, you will see the spam score checker box: http://goo.gl/VW72dM . It shows a score from 0 to 10. 0 being good and safe and anything above 5 is usually spam. You can click the "See Report" link to see more details on how the score is determined.

Enjoy and let us know if you need further help.

    Hello @tribulant

Thanks again for responding, is there a way of checking the spam in the "Latest Post Subscription", Currently I am using only this feature.

And I am noticing that the emails are landed in the spam folder in gmail, what settings can I do for the emails to go in the inbox?

    Regards

Like I mentioned, the latest posts subscription feature also generates a history email under Newsletters > Sent & Draft emails section of the Newsletter plugin. So you can go there, then click "Send/Edit" link under the latest posts subscription history email to load it into the "Create Newsletter" screen. That will give you a spam score as usual.

Let me know if that helps, please.

Yes, the spam score is low and it should be fine.
If it falls in spam it doesn't necessarily mean it does for everyone.

Reasons why it could still be falling into spam:

    1. Your spam filter in your email client based on an algorithm you've generated over time. Best would be to mark it as not spam so your spam filter could learn.

    2. Check if your email server's IP is blacklisted: http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check . If it is, that could be the reason and you'll need to delist it.

Let me know if that helps.
