My Thumbnails are MIA

My feature image works perfectly using the slideshow gallery plugin but but I can't get the thumbnails to show up at all, they are MIA.

Using Mystique template with a modified child theme.

I have already tried the following:

Looked for TimThumb under slideshow/configuration and I don't see it.

Tried uploading timthumb.php into the slideshow gallery folder as well as the template folder on the server.

Uploaded all the images to wp-content/uploads/slideshow-gallery folder.

Read the forum support files to try and find a duplicate issue that has been solved.

Thanks for your support request.

The problem is the tilde (~) in the URL http://lotus.websitewelcome.com/~baysidec/?page_id=890

The solution is as follows:

In the plugin, open the file slideshow-gallery/vendors/timthumb.php in a good text editor like Notepad++ and scroll down to line 210.

There you should see this code: http://pastebin.com/D5fY65d9

Replace that string with the following code: http://pastebin.com/f1DfCFGt

That should hopefully resolve the issue
