Categories for Products

I am trying to add a Custom Menu to show some specific categories.  The only way that I can see is to manually copy each link into the WordPress navigation menu which is very time consuming.

Ideally I would like to add it as another Checkout item and show specific items.

Is this possible?

    Thank you for your post.

    What are you using for products and categories? The custom post type?

    Under Appearance > Menus, you should be able to click "Screen Options" in the top, right-hand side and then tick/check to show Products, Product Categories and Product Suppliers in order for those custom post type boxes to show up and easily build menus with them.
