[Solved] Free Shipping on orders over a certain number

I have a site where we sell printed pads for accountants (usually in batches of 10). We are able to offer free shipping where the total number of pads ordered is over 20, beneath that it is a flat rate of £8.95. Can anyone help me with how to set this up? I can't figure it out.

To achieve this, you need to setup a flat rate shipping for £8.95 under Checkout>Shipping Methods

Then to give free shipping based on quantities you need to set it up under Checkout>Configurations- Calculations- Global Shipping Configuration- Shipping Tiers
