[Solved] Why isn't anyone answering my support tickets?

On the 12th I sent in a ticket (#952126) and I received a response. I wrote back. Then heard nothing. Then I send in another response on the 18th to see if they were seeing it. Nothing. Then another on the 22nd  - nothing. Then I opened a second ticket (#646400) on Friday.  NO RESPONSE. 

Meanwhile, my store is not 100% functional and it's been over 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. It's costing me money and customers.
It isn't working after I updated the shopping cart plugin. 
Please help!
