Mysterious Inventory Values
From time to time our customers buy something that is out of stock. When we go and look at the online inventory level it is set to some negative integer. Say -3 or -2. We don't know how this is happening.
We thought that maybe it was some kind of user error but we have been diligent when working on an open product.
Does anyone else have any experience with this issue?
