Manage Subscriptions page not updating subscriber info

The Manage subscriptions page is not working. I try to update my email and name, but it doesn't seem to work. 

Where should I be looking at to fix this?

    Hi Phil,

    I fixed it myself. Everyting was working but the form on the #savefields tab. Something with the javascript was conflicting, so I made some modifications to the javascript to activate when the button was clicked, and not when the form was submitted. This wasn't on only one website, but in a couple that I manage. So the problem might not be with my website only.
