Shipping Method Zip Code Qualifier not working

We do local delivery for our customers in New York City.  We had a customer from a California zip code select our delivery service.  Upon further testing it appears that the zip code qualifier for shipping methods does not work as it should.

Please let me know how to fix this or when a fix will be added to the plugin.

    Thank you for your post.

    Do you have zipcodes specified on the shipping method to only display for those zipcodes?

    But it is ineffective and doesn't work?

    May I have a link to the shop to check please?

    Also can you give me a sample of which shipping methods should display for which zipcodes?

    I look forward to your response with more details on this.
