Thumb Images HUGE

The images that should be along the lower portion seem to be loading full size, any idea what is causing this and how to correct it?

    Thank you for your message. One of the following issues can prevent your thumbnail images to crop. 

    1. Empty Width/height settings under Slideshow>Configuration?

    2. BFIThumb cache? wp-content/uploads/bfi_thumb/

    3. PHP Image GD not supported or not enabled? Please ask your hosting provider if it's enabled?
