subject and thumbnail

Hi!
I'm using Google translator, the translation may not be so good , but we will try ...
I am in Brazil and speak Portuguese .

I have 2 questions

1- How do I automatically put the title of the last post in the subject line of "Latest Posts Subscription" ?

2- How do I post the image appears big and not as a thumbnail in the newsletter ?

1.) It will use the latest post subscription subject for the subject of the newsletter. http://www.screencast.com/t/tzi3JU1kiO You can't use the subject of the post as the latest subscription subject, because you'll have more than one post in the latest post newsletter. 

2.) To set the images as thumbnails, you need to edit the latest post system email template under Newsletter>Configuration- System Emails - Latest Posts http://www.screencast.com/t/JLs9dx7YXUJb
