[Solved] Slideshow "Depreciated" Error

I am new to this plugin as it was previously installed on a friend's site that I'm working on. 

I'm getting the following error on a page where I have a gallery shortcode:

Deprecated: Non-static method GalleryHtmlHelper::image_path() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/garytracyOD/garytracyod.com/wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/models/slide.php on line 70

This error repeats over and over. You can see the page at http://www.garytracyod.com/frames-and-fashion/ . 

I have already tried:


  • Made sure plugin was latest version

  • Clicked the "optimize database" button

The shortcode I am using is [slideshow exclude="151,2170,2165,2149,1299"]. I also tried changing that to [tribulant_slideshow exclude="151,2170,2165,2149,1299"]

    I will assist you to resolve this deprecated warning in the WordPress Slideshow Gallery plugin.

    I see that the thread shows [Solved] though.

    Does that mean you managed to resolve the problem?

    I've added the deprecated warning to our development list so that we can look into it and fix it as well.
