    Thank you for your post.

Can you please tell me what error messages are shown on the password reset page?

Could it be that debugging is on in the Newsletter plugin under Newsletters > Configuration on the right-hand side which outputs notices/warnings and breaks the redirect?

I look forward to your response.

    Hello.

Error message: "Your message could not be sent.
Possible reason: mail () - function might be disabled on your server"

When i deactivate the newsletter plugin everything works fine again.

    Debugging is turned of.

Can you please ask your hosting provider if the mail() function is enabled and configured correctly?

    Regards

We have resolved the problem for you in our help desk.
The lost password email works fine now.

The mail() issue is related to some restrictions by BlueHost.

    I'll mark this as [Solved].

    The error on this was:

"your host may have disabled the mail() function."

The host doesn't like it when the From or Return-Path headers are changed internally.
