[SOLVED] Missing thumbnails and images
getting this issue, adding get_bloginfo('url') did not work. no images, no thumbnails in backend or frontend. just tiny empty squares where the images should be in the frontend.
tried uploading images with TimThumb enabled and disabled, still no luck. checked file/folder permissions and everything is in order.
simply cannot see any images.
when i upload a slide, it creates the database entry, but no image.
latest versions of everything....
i cannot make it live as my client does not want the broken gallery on her site, so i am unsure how to show you a link.

My reply from another thread where you also posted (http://tribulant.com/app/webroot/forums/discussion/223/solved-thumbnails-missing-general-photo-storage-question#Item_7):
Have you right-clicked on the empty squares and
selected "View Image" (or whatever equivalent you have)? If so, what did
you get? That should give an indication of what is wrong.
I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards,
Phil
thanks for getting back to me. this is what i get:
A TimThumb error has occured
The following error(s) occured:- Could not find the internal image you specified.
QueryString :
src=http://www.thesite.co.za/wp-content/uploads/slideshow-gallery/Davene-Prinsloo-Port-Elizabeth-Wedding-Photographe&w=40&h=40&q=100&a=t
TimThumb version : 2.8.10
Thanks for your reply.
That simply means that TimThumb can't find the image. Are you quite sure the image actually does exist? This might sound like a strange question, but we've had this several times before.
You can also see from that image location string that it's not actually specifying an image file.
Please check on this and let me know will you? I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards,
Phil
