Authorize.net and SIM
I have the following symptoms
I entered my Transaaction ID and API Login Key in the payment section of the configuration and made sure I checked authorized.net SIM on the right side and saved my configuration,.
I was using First Data Global Gateway and that was working fine... But Now moving to Authorized.net Hosted Checkout.
I then go to the website I buy an Item and go through the checkout process, choose my shipping and click continue. I get redirected to...
https://secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
and the following
The following errors have occurred.
(270) Line item 1 is invalid.
I never get to the point to enter my credit card info.... I checked my setup but nothing wrong that I can see.
It seems what ever we are handing over to Authorize.net is not exceptable....
Furthermore.. I get an email from my website of an order and that it needs to be PAID still

Thank you for your post.
The error "(270) Line item 1 is invalid." means that it contains some invalid content I believe. Can you please submit a ticket to us with a link to your site to see what the issue is? I want to go through the checkout and see the form that is submitted to Authorize.net SIM to pinpoint the problem.
You can submit a ticket here: http://tribulant.com/support/
I look forward to your response.
Did you manage with this problem with Authorize.net SIM?
If not, please let me know then we can assist you with it.
In our latest development, we are also checking the Authorize.net SIM integration on our side to ensure that the field value is properly escaped, the correct length, etc to prevent this error in the future.
