Style a newsletter

I've created a custom Theme but what I didn't understand is how to style the [wpmlcontent]
according my own style. What is the php file that "retreive" the [wpmlcontent] ?

Rather than edit files (which is always a problem when the plugin is updated), you could style your content using a combination of the TinyMCE editor when you create the newsletter, and CSS code in your theme.
You can use the editor to insert elements into the text, and then style them accordingly with the CSS in the theme.
Wouldn't that be better?
